Fresh Summer Salad

Here at Pop Up Chefs, the salad does not go unnoticed. We just love a good, crisp and diverse salad. This one here is loaded up with:

  • Mixed Greens and Baby Spinach
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh Radishes
  • Lightly chopped Walnuts
  • Goat Cheese- totally optional! If you’re going for vegan you can replace it with a vegan cheese, or just leave it out!

And just like that, with only a few ingredients you have a delicious and nutritious summer meal (or meal accessory!) that will leave you feeling GREAT afterwards.
