Vegan Fruit Tartines

Easiest desserts ever!!

These little tartines were so delicious and simple to make. All you do is cut pie crusts into little circles (use a cookie cutter or even just a cup). Glaze them with vegan butter (or eggwash if you like) and fit them into a muffin tray. Mix fruit in a bowl (any fruit you like, we used rasberries and blackberries, strawberries, and then cut peaches into little squares) with a pinch of flour and brown sugar (or cane sugar if you don’t have any). Disperse the mixture between the crusts, and crimp each one for aesthetics. Glaze them again and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
